Returns and Refunds Policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on electronic commerce.

Requirements for making a return

To get a full refund:

  • The product must not have been used

  • Must be returned in original, intact and sealed packaging

  • Must be shipped within 14 days of notification of withdrawal

How to request a return

To start the return procedure:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] indicating the order number

  2. We will provide you with return instructions

  3. Ship the product at your own expense to the indicated address

Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect products.

Refund

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product and will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

In case of damaged or used product, the refund may be partial or refused.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.
