2. Products

The products available on the site are described with the utmost accuracy. However, we cannot guarantee that the descriptions are always free from errors. The images are for illustrative purposes only.

3. Prices and payments

All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT.

Payment methods accepted:

Payment is required in advance and orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship to all European Union. Shipping costs and times are indicated at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with your tracking number. We are not responsible for any delays caused by couriers.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

  • Return the product intact, unused, in the original packaging, at your expense

After receiving and verifying the return, we will process the refund within 14 days.

6. Warranty and liability

All products comply with current European regulations. In case of defects or non-conformity, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Alfarium is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of data, unforeseeable damages or damages resulting from improper use of the products.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be effective upon posting on the site.

We recommend that you check them periodically.

8. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be settled by the court of Bratislava.
